Animations are neat, but like most "neat" things, they can very easily be overdone.

You can have things flying in from the top, or zooming in from heaven knows where, simply by doing the following:

1) Highlight the image (ie click it)

2) Choose "Dynamic HTML Effects" from the Format menu, and select from the resulting toolbar how you want the amination to be activated, and the effect you want.

3) Preview the page to see it in action.

Just remember to ask yourself WHY you are doing it, and make sure you don´t just make your site look adolescent!

WARNING!

Fly-in, fly-out Dynamic HTML effects are intended mainly for text. They work only erratically on images, particularly if there is text aligned to an image.  Experiment.
