There are no hard and fast rules in website design - but there are emerging standards that you should know about so that when you deviate from the "norm" you know that you are doing so on purpose.

This course, of necessity, is an introduction to website design using FrontPage - not a comprehensive guide. Experiment on your own.  Buy a good 3rd party manual.  Try other products. In the final analysis, you will only be as good as the tools at your disposal.
