Adding a shadow to a frame is sometimes a very effective way of drawing attention to the frame.

This is a two-step process.

First, you have to select the width and colour of your border. You do this by selecting the Format/Borders menu option.

Then you need to select the Format/Shadow menu option, and simply choose the colour and width of the shadow you prefer.
