The right-click popup menu is extremely useful, and is a standard feature of most Win9x applications (including Explorer).

Right-click on a file, and you see a popup menu similar to this.  Being context-sensitive, its contents change depending on the object you right-click on, of course.

If you click on the "Send to..." menu item, you will be presented with a number of "destinations". Choose the one you want, and the current file will be copied to that location.
